Comparing years 2005 vs. 2006 in Worcester, single family, multi family and condominiums from January 1 - December 26th, here are the results. In 2005 - 2,431 sold properties with a median price of $245,000 and an average price of $253,939. In 2006 - 1,888 sold properties with a median price of $236,500 and an average price of $244,122.
